Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on scope. A basic acoustic treatment installation typically requires two to three weeks from assessment to completion. Comprehensive turnkey projects may extend to eight to twelve weeks depending on construction requirements and equipment lead times.
Do you work outside the UK?
Our installation teams operate throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. For projects in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, we can provide design services and equipment supply with local installation partners.
What warranty do you provide?
All installation work carries a two-year warranty covering materials and workmanship. Equipment warranties follow manufacturer terms, typically one to three years depending on the product category.
Can you work with existing equipment?
Absolutely. Many clients already own monitors, microphones, or other gear they wish to retain. We integrate your existing equipment into the overall design and can advise on what complements your current setup.
